J. Simpson & Associates was formed back in 2003, back then known as “Human Resource Management”. It was started to help business owners create highly efficient teams that lead to remarkable results. Our founder Jim Simpson knows a thing or two about leading successful businesses. He has over 43 years of experience in the retail automotive industry and helping his clients reach their business goals for over 23 years. While managing two of the largest Chrysler dealerships in North America, they exceeded $100 million in sales annually. He was also a helping hand in curating a proficient team to turn around an RV dealership into profitability and prosperity.
